I’m not into shrimp lover (sorry) but I found this picture from Health Digest on Facebook. And I want to share it to all who followed me already.

Why I am not eating “shrimp”?. That’s the question on your part maybe because in our family, we have a history of high blood pressure, once I ate a small amount of this my face getting flushed and my heart keeps beating and beating. So I end it.
